#[lint]Expand description
Sets Tessera lint levels for an item or inline module tree.
Use #[tessera_ui::lint(allow(tessera::redundant_render_slot))] with
allow, warn, deny, or forbid. Lints begin at their default levels;
nested item settings override inherited levels unless forbidden.
cargo tessera check applies these settings with rustc lint-level precedence,
including command-line --force-warn and --cap-lints controls.
